search bar not working

i am using dell insipiron 5593 win 10 i10 processor. I cannot do search in search bar, microsoft store and i can't even type password while connecting wifi. this problem has been there for about a month. i was ignoring this cause i was busy. I tried the methods mentioned in dell support youtube video but none of them is working.

so help me with this or should i reach nearest dell care center
