Hey guys, so apparently this is kind of a common thing from what I've read.. I have a Dell Inspiron 5559 and my settings app won't open. Whenever I click on it, I just get the pop up like it's loading but then it automatically closes. I've tried everything I've read online and nothing seems to work for me, any recommendations?
