Some keys are not working.
I have an Inspiron 15 3542 laptop. Some keys on the keyboard are not working. Can anyone help me with this. What should I do to get it fixed ?

You may give a fresh Windows setup then hopefully this problem will be solved if there is no technical hardware damage.
