Some keys only available after a while
Good day everyone,
My laptop is G5 5590.
Currently, I have some problem with the keyboard. There are some keys (N, B, Space, arrows) that can only be typed after a while since powered up (2-3 minutes sometime longer). Also, with those keys, I some time cannot type in combined with Shift key (eg: I can type 'N', but Shift + 'N' will show nothing), while the combination work with the other keys.
I have both Windows 11 and Ubuntu 20.04 installed on the laptop, and this happens with both of the OS. Also the external USB keyboard works well
It's really inconvenient because my login password start with an 'N', I have to wait and press them so many times before it starts working.
Could anybody nicely give me some suggestion?

Likely you need to replace the keyboard. Laptop keyboards can easily go bad.
"• Press Win+I Keys to open Settings.
• Go to Update and Security>Troubleshoot menu.
• Look for Keyboard trouble-shooter. Run it and see if it finds issues.
• When done, restart to see if the problem is resolved.
If that does not help,
• Right click Start.
• Choose Device Manager
• Expand Keyboard.
• Right click the keyboard
• Select Uninstall
• Restart your computer.
• If it is a wired keyboard, try connecting it to a different USB port or another computer.
• If it is a laptop Keyboard, try connecting a spare keyboard to isolate if it is a hardware problem.
• Also make sure the chipset and BIOS is updated."

Thanks for your advice.
I have tried all of your suggestion but nothing work. Then I think it's time to replace the keyboard.
It has been only 2 years, and I have to replace the fan twice, and now, the keyboard, So disappoint with this laptop.
Thanks again for your comment
