SSD & HDD in odd caddy not detected
Hi ! I have a dell ins 15 3573 and it's great for the price, but it is a little slow so I replaced the HDD with an SSD and got an hdd caddy to put instead of the odd, problem is.. it won't detect any of them even though they booted in the primary slot, there is not much to do in the bios , and I am sertant the hardware is 100% working.
Help me Please! thank you.

If the drives were working when connected to the primary channel -- and the optical drive was working -- that means the caddy is either faulty or not compatible with your system.
