ssd is not working fine?
I have dell inspiron i7 8 gen with 120 ssd and 1tb hdd. But here is list of problem i am facing sometimes my laptop is unable to pick ssd data and after some time it picked some time after 3-4 days it come back.
i have changed ssd but still there is problems.
Yesterday i was playing watch dog's but then there was color problem.
some time there green line on the screen.
window is latest 10?
laptop heated after 1.5 hours even at 25 room temperature?

It seems windows image you have on the SSD is corrupt.
It would be better if take an backup from the hard-drive,restore it to SSD and then check again.
You can also manually install windows on SSD to confirm its functionality.

I have lot of data on hdd it would be not possible to take backup on sdd. There is lot of videos on my french bulldog all my memories of my little cute frenchie's his eating and sleeping and many other different type of videos are all there.
Can i change my sdd buy the below is that right ?

You may want to invest in an external drive so that you have a backup of your data in case one of the drives in your laptop fails.
The green line/color issue suggests that there's a problem with the display panel, or a loose connection between the motherboard and screen. Switching out the SSD shouldn't cause that to happen, neither should a Windows 10 update.
Without knowing the exact model of your Inspiron, we can't verify if your system supports NVMe.
