Still Blue After Unlocking Bitlock

Please help...

I was prompted to enter bitlock key after a recent update.  While, confused, I managed to locate it and followed a manage-bde command series from this article on Dell site: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-in/000130549/how-to-unlock-bitlocker-when-it-stops-accepting-recovery-keys.

While I am no longer being prompted to enter bitlocker key, I am still stuck in the blue-screen menus...please help.
