Stuck on Black Screen

I reset my laptop (Inspiron 15 7000) and am now stuck on the screen shown. I’ve tried both buttons and neither have done anything. I tried turning off laptop but it just loads back to this page. Please help

Hi, can you tell me what exactly is written on the screen? It might help me in resolving this issue
