Stuck on support assist screen
I was given my grandpa's laptop when he passed away. I'm trying to get it set up and it's stuck on a support assist screen and says no Bootable device found

The "No bootable device found" error message with Dell SupportAssist indicates the computer can't find a drive with a working operating system to boot from. Here are some troubleshooting steps to get your computer past the SupportAssist screen:
1. Check Hardware Connections:
2. Boot Menu and Boot Order:
3. Entering BIOS/UEFI and Diagnostics:
4. Considering Rebuilding the MBR (if applicable):
5. Reinstalling Windows (Last Resort):
If none of these steps work, it's possible the hard drive itself might have failed. In that case, consider professional data recovery services to see if the data on the drive can be salvaged. You might also need to replace the faulty hard drive.
