The AC Adapter Status is unknown (Alienware 14)

My laptop doesn't recognize any charger I tried like 4 or 5 chargers and all of them are unknown in the BIOS and not charging my Battery, also I just bought a new battery to make sure the problem is not in the battery and I tried 3 new chargers (AC Adapters) but all of them are unknown , so please help me in that cause I'm facing tough time with my laptop cause im working on it and i need a solution.
