Third party battery not charging
My previous battery got damaged that's why i bought a new battery and there is no stock of dell battery in my area that's why i bought third party brand battery. And battery working but not charging, Charge is not increasing.

Make sure the system recognizes its AC adapter (go into setup and verify that the adapter shows up with its power rating). If the adapter shows unknown, though the system will run, the battery will not charge.
If the adapter is recognized but the battery is not (or doesn't charge) contact your seller for a replacement battery.
