Thunderbolt 3 dock for G7 7588
Well... I am wondering if my G7 can use some of the dell thunderbolt docks like the TB15 or TB16 since I really dont see much about the docks on the G7. Is it also possible to use the charger and the dock to power the laptop at the same time?

I've got a G7 7790 and I can use a WD19TB, but it will not accept power through the thunderbolt plug. You have to use a power supply in addition to the dock for it to charge. Recently my work gave me a new laptop for working from home and it uses the WD19DCS which provides power via a second thunderbolt, but the G7 does not have the second thudnerbolt port to charge. So in addition to the dock, I had to purchase an additional power supply so i don't have to keep unplugging it from the wall.
