Touch Screen Replace with non Touch Scree.

Most likely yes, though to do so you'll need more than just the screen.  On most models, you will need all parts of the upper assembly:  screen, wiring harness, bezel, back cover and hinges.  These almost never transfer from touch to non-touch.

A precise answer depends on your supplying the specific model:  3521, 3558, etc.
