Touchpad right button not working after Win 11 reload

I just completed a fresh reload of Windows 11 and reloaded all of the Dell drivers using Support Assist.  The right button of the touchpad is no longer working.  Well, it physically works, but it registers as a left-click, as does the left button.  Both register as a left-click.  I am getting by with the "two finger touch" gesture, but I'd like my right button back.  I've thoroughly explored the Windows Touchpad Settings dialog and didn't find anything that helps.  Any suggestions?
