I need to ask if my laptop inspiron 7577 Gaming MotherBoard A0 support TPM security or not.

The 7th generation CPU in these supports TPM functionality (Intel PTT), yes.
However at present, Microsoft is not supporting Windows 11 on the 7th generation CPUs -- unless that changes, you won't have Windows 11 support, TPM or not.

Don't give up yet. Microsoft is currently testing support for 7th gen intel processors, so with your setup, there's still chance for an upgrade to Windows 11.
