Updating questionUpdating and instillation issues
I am having a problem with my Dell Inspirion. The computer was doing an update, the update did not finish. Now my computer gets stuck on the Dell Logo, a blue box blinks on and off very fast. The Dell logo comes on, and at the bottom the screen says Attempting to recover, then goes to Undoing changes made to. It has been doing this for 4 days and it has not gotten past the Dell logo. Need help.

I have had this happen. The solution offered to me was send in the hard drive for data recovery and/or format the hard drive and fresh install Windows. If there is information you need off the drive, I'd suggest try data recovery first. The last resort option would be formatting.
