Upgrade NVIDIA Graphics?
Inspiron 15 5510/5518
I know I'm going out on a huge limb here, but I've always been curious — is there a way to upgrade the NVIDIA graphics on the Inspiron 15 5510?

Yes, you can replace the motherboard with NVIDIA graphics.

If you already have the version with an nVidia GPU, the answer is no -- you can't further upgrade it.
If the system has an i7 CPU, it also has a Thunderbolt port, which opens up the possibility of an external GPU (subject to limitations of those). Any other CPU (i3, i5) won't have that port so an eGPU won't be an option.
