You stated that you are trying to use a USB drive that has Linux on it. Just out of curiosity go to the Windows 10 page here and download the media creation tool. That file will create a bootable Windows 10 installation flash drive. Then try to boot from the USB. If it works then you know that there is a problem with the Linux flash drive. Also try various USB ports just to make sure that one of them is not giving you trouble. And if you can boot from the Windows flash drive make sure to exit before you get to the installation screen so you do not install over the top of your files and settings.

What is the correct exact model number of your laptop? Also did you change anything in the BIOS such as Legacy to UEFI or vice versa?

Hey, thanks for answer. My notebook is Dell Inspiron 13-5378 (is it right?) . I tried changing the configuration from  UEFI to Legacy vice-versa, not of them could find the USB. In legacy enable, when i put to run the "USB" i get a dark screen with the message "no boot device found".

Hi thanks! I made an new USB boot with win in another computer and this usb could be recognize in boot sequence... So I just made a new linux usb in this another computer and it worked !
