Usb receiver

I chatted with Dell's customer support line and they indeed do not have a compatible replacement.  They checked their universal receiver and the compatibility is not listed.  I was advised to find another retailer that may carry a compatible universal receiver while they try to find a solution. 

The mouse and keyboard are listed at 2.4 GHz (2405-2474 MHz), so a universal receiver at that RF should theoretically work.

@venkateshsomudellaccount​ Hi, no it didn't. If you are under warranty you should be able to call, email, or chat with Dell to get your replacement. I don't think they review these threads too often, if at all.

The receiver is over $10 and that keyboard-mouse combo isn't much over $20, so you won't be spending much more to replace the combo.

Unlikely.  The receivers are a paired with the keyboard and mouse at the factory.  They; cannot be used with another keyboard/mouse.
