Vostro Dell Poor Quality and Services

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

I ask them for any email in which we can send my complaint maybe they will look into this issue and avoid it in their production but no answer. it seemed that they don't care even for their end-users

Computer with 3 Years Warranty and after 2 Years they said aging issue and the other cosmetic issue,

In my experience, personal laptops can be used more than five years without any problems. I have doubts about the quality of my laptop. Because there were problems in motherboard, hard drive, DVD RW, battery, sound port in under warranty period. The biggest problem I have is that I have used the DVD RW less than fifteen times. All those devices had to be replaced. That is impossible to happen in a brand new laptop. I bought this laptop because of my trust in Dell laptops, but now I am disappointed with that decision. I have no idea which part will have to replace after that. My old laptop is better than this Dell Vostro 3559 id laptop. Thank you very much for response my complaint. No more Dell to the  ever.
