Warranty status after adding SATA SSD
Hi,
I would like to know if and how warranty status changes if I personally add a SATA SSD. My Inspiron 3593 is originally shipped with a 2230 M.2 SSD and empty hard drive slot (where I want to put the SATA SSD). Will adding a drive without removing anything influence the warranty?
Thanks in advance

It should not change the warranty for the laptop.
But of course the hard drive would not be covered under the laptop warranty.
And you may want to remove the drive if the laptop is ever sent in for warranty repair.
Best regards,
