Why is private message box covered by Reply box?

I'm trying to resolve an issue with Dell and their messages can only be viewed one line at a time because the reply box is covering the message box.

Wrong Forum Post this in Customer support forum   Try a different Browser  This site doesn't work very well on Mobile devices  I would suggest not to waste time on community and rather contact dell support via chat
