why my pc need a restart
I was trying to do a reset win 10 on inspiron 15 laptop got into a loop where it asks me to update the region and county details and then asks me to connect to internet through lan or wifi , keeps on asking these two in loop , Need help

Please post your system's exact model number so we may give a more informed answer to your question.
Why were you resetting your Windows 10? Did you encounter an error? Have you tried running a systems diagnostics yet? Please try pressing F12 at startup and running the tests. Make a note of any error messages encountered and post back. If there are none then it could indicate either a software or driver issue.
