wifi driver

I have reloaded Windows11 on my Dell inspiron 15 3000. Then I checked the wifi connection but it says there is internet connection. It says that I am not connected to the internet. I went through the process of identifying what the problem was with the internet connection.

After a whole series of tests, I came to the conclusion that it must be the missing driver.

I looked up www.dell.com/support / drivers and located the software called "Network_driver_N80VN_WN32 10.0.0.0_A00"  This must be the package for 

I ran the .exe program under administrator mode. Then it stated "The update installer operation is unsuccessful".

I need help in resolving this issue since I STILL HAVE NO INTERNET connection after spending 3 hours going through all investigations.
