Window size larger than TV screen
I just got my HDMI output working and switched my TV to be the initial primary screen.
But the resulting output ends up with 9 or 10 pixels getting chopped at the top, bottom and both sides of the TV screen. both laptop and tv are set for the same size. (1920 x 1080)

@Martyn.Trevor fyi you really shouldn't post your Service Tag on a public forum because there are a number of ways that people could use that to create problems for you, such as filing an Ownership Transfer form.
To your issue, this is usually caused by settings on the TV itself. Many TVs default to applying a bit of "overscan", which basically means they zoom in on the original image just a bit. The reason is that some digital signals have noise or other garbage along the very edges, and this crops them out. Some TVs allow you to disable overscan and others don't. Check the picture size/framing/fit options in paricular. If you have a TV that doesn't allow you to fix this, sometimes your graphics card drivers have an option to enable "underscan" to compensate for this. But since you didn't specify what model PC you have, I'm not sure what to suggest next. Depending on the model, you'll probably want to be looking at Intel HD Graphics Control Panel or NVIDIA Control Panel though. If you have both on your system, usually the Intel GPU has direct control of the display outputs.
