Windows 10 taskmanager not recognizing DDR4

Question

Hi,

I upgraded my memory now windows 10 taskmanager does show 32GB but without the type of memory eg that should be 32GB DDR4 also all the other memory information like speed , form factor,reserved for hardware , used slots is blank

strange verry strange.The 2 16GB sticks i've used are the same brand and speed.CPU-Z does detect the memory information completely

I have a Dell inspiron 15 7000 series (7570) i read on the internet that reseating the memory sticks might solve the problem but if that was the problem the system would not work in the first place strange suggestion .

I have the same issue, my 16GB of factory RAM shows 16GB Ram and the timing, but no information on the individual Stick of RAM. I use Hwinfo64, Must be something in the software that is not allowing the information to be read.&#xa0;
