I have a Dell inspiron 15 7000 series (7570) i read on the internet that reseating the memory sticks might solve the problem but if that was the problem the system would not work in the first place strange suggestion .

2019-02-24_10-24-08_Hwinfor64_02.png2019-02-24_10-22-12_Hwinfor64.pngI have the same issue, my 16GB of factory RAM shows 16GB Ram and the timing, but no information on the individual Stick of RAM. I use Hwinfo64, Must be something in the software that is not allowing the information to be read.
