Windows Hello Face camera showing up as two separate devices.
I recently updated to Windows 11 on my Inspiron 7570 (2018) with a Windows Hello Face compatible camera. Since the update I have been unable to use Windows Hello login, the computer says it cannot find a compatible device. When I looked the camera up in the Device Manager it shows two separate cameras. One is the regular camera and the other is the IR camera. In my camera app, it says there is both a front and back facing camera, and you can tell one of them uses the IR blaster.
I have updated all the drivers and even run Dell Support Assist a few times but there is not fix. Does anyone know what is going on and maybe how to fix this?

I installed the Realtek IR Camera Driver and it solved the issue: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=7r1kc

I have the same issue with Inspiron 5579. With the original Windows version Hello face recognition worked. After reinstallation Windows claims that no compatible camera found. Both cameras are working perfectly in other apps. All latest Drivers and updates applied. Any idea?
