wireless mouse battery drain very fast
Dear Dell team,
I have a Dell WM126 Mouse. Mouse is with 1 AA battery. I use it every working day. I turn the mouse off during nights/weekends, but still I have to replace the battery every 20 to 22 days. Last battery I replaced on 11-02-2022 and today again replaced it.
I purchased this mouse in January 2022, mouse is asking for 3rd battery in last 2 months.
If this issue continues, I guess I will be spending more on batteries than the mouse price itself in the next 1 year.
What is wrong with this mouse? what is the solution? Does this problem fall under warranty?
Thanks!

No.
You could try lithium battery instead of alkaline to see if you have better results.

Dear Dell Team,
I have this problem too. My new MS300 mouse is using a Duracell AA battery and it has to be replaced every day!!! What is wrong with this? I changed my keyboard and mouse less than a month ago.
Please advise asap.
