Worst Service Support

I have been following Dell to resolve issues in my Laptop and it has been 38 days and still no resolution. Inspite of buying Pro Support Plus at the time of purchase of my Laptop. I have been buying Dell laptop consumer since more than a decade, Now onwards neither I will buy any Dell laptop nor recommend any one else.
