Your pc ran into problem and needs to restart...Page fault in nonpaged area

In august, I installed Microsoft Windows 10 version 1903 on a Dell Inspiron 15 7577 Gaming Laptop and it caused my computer to infinitely go to a blue screen and say : Your pc ran into problem and needs to restart...

Stop Code: Page_fault_in_non-paged_area

What failed: Netwtw06.sys

So far, it doesn't look like anything got deleted or anything, and I'm still able to access the internet, but every few minutes or so it would go to that Blue screen of Death.  Since then, I installed Version 1909 in December, and the laptop seems to be performing faster but still infinitely BSOD.  "I also unchecked automatically manage paging file for all devices" recently, and as a result, it seems to last a lot longer before going to BSOD, but it seems to slow computer down a little.

According to forums I read, I believe the Intel Wireless network card device driver is likely the reason for it.  If not, what else could be causeing it?  What can I do about it?

Let me know if you need any more details...

I have an Inspiron 5577 gaming laptop, basically the same as yours except an i5 CPU.  I'm having no problems with it, either with 1903 or now 1909 version.  It has all the stock Dell drivers.

Page faults are memory. Whether an actual memory hardware problem or a program trying to access a protected or invalid memory location.

Have you run the full hardware diagnostics? How to run the built in diagnostics, page 138 in manual:

I just ran the diagnostics under the boot menu.  (To get there, I pressed F12, then selected DIAGNOSTICS, then selected YES FOR SEEING colors, then I waited till it got all the way through.  I then pressed the arrow at the lower right.  It showed a list of everything that failed.  Surprisingly it says only the battery failed.  Months ago I got the vertical purple lines that eventually turned into 6 screens into one screen, but the Diagnostics didn't inform me about that.  I even thoroughly tested everything such as memory, hard drive, usbs, lcd panel, etc, and the battery was still the only thing that failed.  What is this about?  What is my next step?
