Blank Isilon Configuration Guide in Excel Format

Greetings!

Many of the documents and the ILT's refer to a setup document known as the Isilon Configuration Guide, which is an Excel doc that we can sit down with our customers and go over the details of our Isilon Designs with the customer before we hand it off to our Implementation team to deploy the Isilon, as per our design created with the customer.

Where can I find this document?  I've been looking around on support, the community hubs, and the partner portals, but still unable to find a copy of this.  Where can EMC Partners get this document for our Isilon gigs?
