I presume this is a continuation of your issue in another thread, User Profile Cannot be loaded
Matt supplied a good question and a few things to try.
Also, have you considered opening an SR with EMC Support? They may be able to determine the root cause of the issue and help get you back in operation. If you haven't done so, reach out to your EMC Account Team. They can connect you with your account support team to help get the right Support resources looking at your case.
