Could not Create File (File: [FILE_PATH] ; Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.\r

I have Windows 2008 R2 servers connecting to isilon via smb 2.

I get hundreds of these errors.

Could not Create File (File: [FILE_PATH] ; Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.\r

Isilon support has not been able to identify the root cause of these messsages.

Does anyone know what causes these messages?
