Creating a cluster & adding a node to a cluster issue
When creating a new cluster or joining a new node to a cluster, a/the node has an error and becomes status:DEAD.
Does anybody know the reason why it happens?
There are two patterns.
1. OneFS7.1.0.5
The issue happens both when creating a new cluster and joining a new node to a cluster.
Configuring syscons:. (<- we don't get any response here for a few minutes)
mount_efs: isi_drive_d not responding
Aborting boot.
IFS failed to mount. Aboring boot.
2. OneFS7.2.0.3
The issue happens only when creating a new cluster.
File "/usr/local/lib....... (<- This kind of errors are shown several lines)
File " ", line 1, incorrect (<- this is the last error message. We don't get any response from here.)
I checked KB and several documents but could not find any useful information.
If anybody has any clue for addressing this issue, please let us know!

Does this only affect a single node? Or do you have more than one that's doing this?

Thank you for the reply:)
It happens more than one node.
We have 14 nodes, turn on 5 of them. 3 out of the 5 nodes have the problem and the other 2 seem to be okay as follows.
1. 7.2.0.3 → 7.1.0.5 (reimage): create cluster ------- OK
2. 7.2.0.3 → 7.1.0.5 (reimage): create cluster ------- NG
3. 7.2.0.3 → 7.1.0.5 (reimage): create cluster ------- OK
4. 7.2.0.3 → 7.1.0.5 (reimage): create cluster ------- NG
5. 7.2.0.3: create cluster ----------------------------------- NG
