Disk replacement and firmware upgrade

Question

Hi, I've replaced a disk and added it using 'isi devices -a add' command. Just after the disk was shown 'HEALTHY', I've run 'isi_disk_firmware_reboot' to check if it needed any update (I've got DiskFirmware 1.6 package installed) and was surprised that it needed it, hence a full node reboot. I mean it seems completely crazy to restart a node just to replace a disk. The firmware upgrade should be done on the 'isi devices -a add' command, no ? Is this normal or did I miss something ?
