Hello,
this error message is a bit slight.
You should provide some more information like is there any disfunction, OneFS version, events, what did you expect, what did you recieved and so one.
But the best way is to contact the nice guys from EMC Support :-)

Hello Mahesh,
Check for boot drive failures. Seems hardware issue.

Do "isi events" and look for events that have no "ENDED" date.
example:
x400-2# isi events
ID STARTED ENDED SEV LNN MESSAGE
3.3 06/01 00:00 -- I 1 Recurring: Weekly ESRS Health Alert
