How to create users with Read Only access in Isilon from GUI ?

Need specific on what you want to do.
This user you are trying to create -- do you want this user to have read-only access to the GUI (administration interface)? Or did you want this user to have read-only access to SMB/NFS shares? We need clarification on what this "read-only" means.

Yes , I want him to just have read-only access to the GUI (administration interface)
