Hi zhouxl,
If you are having journal issues, you need to contact Isilon Support immediately as you may be at risk for data loss.

Blown journals are very, very bad. You will need to contact support and will go through a detailed flowchart on what actions to take. They will likely declare a "code red" when escalating the issue internally. This is serious.
