This paper discusses various tools for data migration, and includes progress monitoring for some scenarios:

Another paper introduces a 3rd party migration tool by a Dell EMC partner, you might contact the vendor for progress monitoring:

In case you know the size of the data set on the source storage, you can also set up directory quota (just accounting, no limits) on the Isilon target directory and watch the numbers (capacity used and file counts) growing...
