Is the isilon support the Elastic stack
I runinto an architecture in which I need to host an elastic stack on one of the isilon appliance so,
! I'm asking if there is a problem in such a situation ?

I assume you're asking about storing ELK data on Isilon nodes, correct?
There are a few good references docs about storing HDFS datasets on Isilon:
