Isilon access segmentation and security best practices
I have an Isilon NAS, and I would like different machines to be able to access different segments of the storage (volumes, NFS shares, for example).
Example:
Machine A should only have network access to the volume/share called Foo.
Machine B should only have network access to the volume/share called Bar.
Currently, both of my machines have one network interface in the same network as the storage, such that machine A can talk to machine B, and it can also potentially access all the volumes/shares, which is something that I want to avoid. How do I configure the NAS such that the machines can be completely separated from each other, and can only access one designated volume/share?

Maybe you want access zones.

1. NAS not SAN
2. If 1 is an indication, get EMC professional services involved.

That overview provides most of the information I need to get started with this. Thanks a lot PhilLam!
