There is no study guide that I am aware of, but there are resources out there depending on if you are customer, partner, or employee. I assume you are either customer or partner. As a customer, your account team should be able to direct you to the available resources. As a partner, the partner portal is where you would go to find more information.
EMC's home page also has some additional documentation regarding their products, including technical documentation and white papers that you may find helpful.

There is a study guide but I believe you can only get it when you take a class.
A lot of work goes into developing those guides and rarely does a vendor offer them for free.
