PowerScale simulator download

Dear Admins,

I am studying PowerScale but I would also like to have some hands-on experience, unfortunately I keep getting a "Missing user information" error, the URL returning the error is: https://dl.dell.com/downloads/88K7F_PowerScale-OneFS-9.13.0.0-Simulator.zip
