hello everyone.
I wondering if anyone can help me get email notifications working. I can get the advisory exceeded to work but I can't get either a hard denied or a hard exceed to email out.
I guess I am doing something wrong, anyone able to help?
SmartQuota Configuration
- Directory Quota of 20mb, Advisory set to 10mb
- Notification 1 - Hard Denied

| Schedule | Every 1 days at 12:00 PM |
| Notification delay | 5 seconds |
| Message template | /ifs/data/email/quota_email_Full.txt |
- Notification 2 - advisory-exceeded

Test:
- Files copied : 11 mb
- Email alert sent out for Advisory exceed
- Files copied until a message on the file shares says unable to write as need more space
- No Email Alert sent out
I have tried removing the Advisory alert and just having the denied write but it still doesn't work
