Stale connections

Question

Hello all, and thank you in advance for your assistance. We are running into an issue of a large number of stale connections. A tech has provided me with a command to kill connections one by one, however; where we have nearly 5k stale clients, and 300 valid clients, that may take a while. One of my coworkers said he remembered there was a command that they used on occasion a while back that would kill only stale connections, but we cannot locate it. He was fairly confident it had to do with lwiod, but I can't find anything in Powerlink. Anyone else run into this issue? Anyone know the command?

What version are you running? Assuming SMB workflow?

We are currently on  7.0.1.5. It would appear to be mostly SMB connections yes. Thank you for the link, I will make sure to check that out!
