SyncIQ Policy Failure(Failed to Fruncate file to size)
Hello,
I hope someone has seen this error.
One of our SyncIQ policy failing:
error: failure due to fail system error.
error while transferring
Failed to fruncate file to size
Not sure what is Fruncate file.
Search knowledge base for the keyword Fruncate.
no result?
Anyone seen this error?

Hi,
Thanks for your question. Is it ftruncate? Which is truncate to a specific size. Which OneFS version are you on?

The best option is to call phone support so they can go through the logs to find specifically what is causing the failure. I did see something where upgrading to 9.2.1 or newer could resolve it.

the actual syntax is:
fruncate.
Error message:
failed to fruncate file.
I am running onefs 9.1.0.22.
