Battery discharges quickly Insprion 8500
My babttery has been discharging much to quickly after the Dell Tech replaced the motherboard in it a few months ago.
Now I cant even get it to boot up while under AC power.
The Dell tech on the phone has no clue to why this is happening, I removed and reseated the memoey, also removed the hard drive, memory and the optical drive, tried to boot up on AC power, oh and the battery was also removed. Still no boot up, the power light comes on for a second then goes off.
Anyone else with this issue please let me know, I have a Dell Tech scheduled to come and look at it, I am thinking that thee new motherboard is somehow draining power somewhere?
