Converter for China
Hi,
I will be travling to China in less than a month and I was wondering what converter/adapter was reccomended to buy for my laptop. I have an Inspiron 1525. Also, I was told some laptops have built in converters...is this true?

Electricity in China is 220 Volts, alternating at 50 cycles per second.
If you travel to China with a device that does not accept 220 Volts at 50 Hertz,
you will need a voltage converter.

Keep in mind, you can only use this device with multi-voltage or international capable devices.
Check your dell laptop power supply - it will say 110v - 240v, 50Hz - 60Hz. This will work.
Your cheapy cell phone adapter that says 110v 60Hz WILL NOT WORK IN MOST PLACES WITH THIS.
