Dell 5737 Adding a mSata SSD?
Hello I wish to add a mSata SSD since the start up on this PC is ungodly slow, and the applications are slow to start up as well. I just had a question as to if there was a place to plug in a mSata SSD, and if there was a guide or instructions as how to do this.
My friend has a Crucial M500 240gb mSata internal SSD that he has laying around and he is willing to let me have it. I just need to know if this can fit inside of my laptop and how to do it.

If you want a SATA SSD, it needs to be a 2.5" drive - this model does not support mSATA.

Okay, I'll end up getting an 2.5 SSD.
Will I be able to keep the HDD and have the SSD aswell?
Also could link me where I can find instructions on how to install the second SSD?

There is only one internal 2.5" drive bay so the hard drive needs to be replaced - you can't have two internal 2.5" drives.
There may be a way to move the hard drive to a third party caddy and replace the DVD drive, but if you do this the drive can only be used for storage -- it will not be bootable. For a source of third party drive caddies, try www.newmodeus.com
