Dell 600m and Bluetooth keyboard/mouse
Can i use the built in Bluetooth functionality to use my wireless keyboard and mouse ?
Dell Inspiron 600m
1 GB RAM and 30GB HDD
Intel pro Wireless and SVGA 14"
No Events found!

I don't see why not.
FYI, the 600m doesn't come standard with Bluetooth...you had to choose it as an option (the TrueMobile 300 IIRC).
